In Japan, 18% of the entire population are male managers. As roughly half the population is female, some are retired and others are too young to work, boys living in Japan are most likely to grow up and become a managers or professionals.

The populations of male managers in both North America and Western Europe are more than twice as large as the equivalent populations in any other region

The worldwide distribution of all managers, male and female, is that the majority live in North America and Western Europe. These two regions are home to 73% of all managers and professionals in the world.
